When people find out my family eats healthy, vegetarian food they always ask "What do you eat for dinner?". My answer is always "Uhh....hmmm....". I can never remember! I created this blog to track what I make for dinner to help other people (and me) think of healthy meals for dinner.
how did you make it... how many bananas and how much spinach??:) Looks good, and it must be good if kids like it!:)
ReplyDeleteSorry for the late response. When our bananas get really ripe, we break them into three pieces and freeze them in a ziplock bag. To make the ice cream, we don't have a precise amount, just a bunch of the bananas, some spinach and for this recipe some peanut butter. We also make different flavors by adding other frozen fruit in place of the peanut butter. We then either blend it in our high powered blender (Vitamix) or push the bananas & frozen fruit through our juicer. Yum!
